A useful halfway check-in
Your baby is becoming more active, and a protective coating develops over their skin.
YOUR BODY
You may notice fluttering movements or occasional leg cramps. Individual experiences and bump sizes vary.
ONE SMALL STEP
Review your care plan and discuss any scan findings with your clinician. Bring questions about cramps, movement and vaccinations recommended for your circumstances rather than following a forwarded schedule.
A QUESTION TO TAKE ALONG
Are my next appointments, investigations and pregnancy vaccinations clearly planned?
Seek urgent medical care for heavy bleeding, severe abdominal pain, fainting, chest pain, difficulty breathing, a severe headache or changes in vision. Contact your maternity team immediately for leaking fluid or reduced/changed baby movements. Do not wait until the next day. Do not wait for a website or WhatsApp reply. This is not a complete list; contact your care team whenever concerned.
A friendly pause before the next forward. Take a guess, turn a card and read the source.

A few useful reads for your pregnancy journey: food, movement and emotional wellbeing after birth. Explore an evidence check about eating for two, and keep a hospital-bag checklist.
Please confirm current availability and fees with the hospital. The usual hours shown are not confirmed appointment slots. Consultations in English, Tamil, Hindi and Kannada.
We prepare the message. You review and send it in WhatsApp. The hospital team confirms your appointment.
A FEW HELPFUL ANSWERS
Good to know.
Are these resources free?
Yes. All six resources work without a login. Download the guides without sharing your email address.
Does this replace seeing a doctor?
These are general educational resources. Your symptoms, diagnosis, medicines and treatment need an individual assessment. Urgent concerns need prompt medical care.
Where do my saved details go?
Your saved guides use this browser. Pregnancy details and planner ticks are saved only when you choose. They do not sync across devices. You can delete them in the tools; clearing browser data also removes them.
